James Beard award winning chef Mashama Bailey and her business partner Johno Morisano opened this gem in September of 2025 and it has been a delightful addition to the neighborhood with excellent food and presentation at competitive prices in a traditionally higher-priced area. I love the Southern flavors the menu boasts and the little details in the dining room. The original zinc bar and bus stop sign on the façade were preserved and it is still a place for locals to stop by as they’re open from 9am-10pm on the weekdays. Add this to your list!
